    Garden Gyms in Cambridgeshire

A garden gym needs engineering that a standard garden office doesn't: a slab that survives dropped weights, ceiling height for overhead lifts, and acoustics that keep your neighbours happy. We build proper, durable garden gyms across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire — not insulated sheds with a rubber mat.

    Our garden gym build spec

    • Reinforced concrete raft slab — not floating timber decks. Essential for dropped weights, racks and squat platforms (up to 400kg point loads)
    • Acoustic underlay plus 15mm rubber crumb gym flooring as standard — neighbours can't hear deadlifts at 6am
    • 2.4m+ internal ceiling height (pull-ups, overhead press, climbing ropes all clear standard 1.8m sheds)
    • Mirror-ready stud walls with extra noggins and timber backing in agreed positions, so wall mirrors, racks and storage actually hold
    • Through-wall ventilation or air-source heating/cooling — gyms get hot fast, condensation is the silent killer of a timber building
