Kitchen Renovations in Cambridgeshire
A kitchen renovation involves more separate trades than almost any other room — plumbing, electrics, gas, plastering, tiling, joinery and worktop fabrication. We project-manage all of them in-house so you only deal with one team, one schedule and one fixed quote.
What's included in every kitchen project
- Strip-out and safe disposal — including removing old tiles, flooring, fixed units and disconnecting services
- First-fix electrics and plumbing rerouted to suit the new layout, not the old one — including new circuits for induction hobs, ovens and undercounter appliances
- Plastering, levelling and prepping walls and ceilings to a paint-ready finish (essential for handleless cabinetry to look right)
- Cabinet installation, worktop templating and fitting, splashback installation
- Second-fix electrics, sockets, lighting circuits, extractor commissioning and final plumbing tie-ins
- Snagging walk-through with you before sign-off — every drawer, hinge and seal checked
Scope of work — three typical projects
Like-for-like refresh
New units, worktops and appliances in the same layout. Usually 2–3 weeks on site. Best return on investment if the existing kitchen footprint already works for you.
Full layout reconfiguration
Moving sinks, hobs, and removing/adding non-structural walls. 4–6 weeks on site. Includes coordinating with us on any party-wall or beam work.
Kitchen as part of an extension
When the new kitchen is going into a rear or side extension, we handle the build, kitchen, and finishing as one continuous project — much cleaner than juggling separate trades.
